This session is designed to introduce principles and practices that support the development of a "leadership pipeline" in an established church setting. It reflects actual experience over a 2 year period in a church that implemented these approaches. The emphasis on leadership development was intended to prepare for a shift to two Sunday Schools, and (eventually) a multi-site church format.
